Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with strong experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Software Sales to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling solutions such as firewalls, endpoint security, network security, cloud security, antivirus solutions, backup solutions, and IT infrastructure services.
This role requires strong cold calling, lead generation, email marketing, client relationship building, and deal closing skills.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
Build a strong sales pipeline for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure products.
Pitch solutions such as firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, Sophos, etc.), endpoint security, backup & disaster recovery, servers, storage, cloud solutions, and antivirus suites.
Client Engagement
Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT/security solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with SMBs, enterprises, IT managers, procurement teams, and CXOs.
Sales Operations
Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
Work closely with technical teams for solution designing and PoC support.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for cybersecurity & infrastructure solutions.
Marketing Support
Execute basic email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into opportunities.
Maintain CRM records, update prospect status, and track sales progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of sales experience in IT Infrastructure / Cybersecurity / Software.
Strong knowledge of products such as firewalls, endpoint security, servers, backup solutions, cloud & networking products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a target-oriented mindset.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Existing network in UAE IT market is a plus.
