Backend Developer >>

Position Overview 
A Backend Developer with minimum 5 years of experience to design and implement robust server
side solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python and Java, along with strong 
database management skills. You will be responsible for building scalable APIs, managing data 
infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability and performance. 

Technical Requirements 
• Python: Advanced proficiency in Python, including frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI 
for building RESTful APIs 
• Java: Strong experience with Java development, including Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle, and 
enterprise application patterns 
• SQL Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL, query optimization, indexing strategies, and 
database design principles 
• PostgreSQL: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced features like 
JSONB, triggers, stored procedures, and replication 
• Linux: Proficiency in Linux operating systems, server administration, and shell scripting 
• Microservices: Deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), 
and orchestration (Kubernetes) 
• AI Coding Tools: Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude CLI and 
Cursor for enhanced productivity 

Key Responsibilities 
• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and microservices 
• Develop and maintain database schemas, optimizing for performance and scalability 
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests 
• Implement security best practices and data protection measures 
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements 
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues 
• Utilize AI coding assistants to improve development efficiency and code quality 

SHARED QUALIFICATIONS 
Skills Required 
• Linux Proficiency: Command-line expertise, shell scripting (Bash/Zsh), system 
administration, and package management 
• Microservices Architecture: Understanding of distributed systems, service 
communication patterns, and API gateway concepts 
• AI Development Tools: Proficiency with Claude CLI for AI-assisted coding and Cursor 
IDE for intelligent code completion 
• Version Control: Strong Git skills including branching strategies, merge conflict 
resolution, and collaborative workflows 
• CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines 
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban practices and collaborative 
development
