ANSI Technologies is hiring Onsite IT Support Engineers (L2/L3) for managed services engagements across Dubai. This is a hands-on role for engineers who can manage server operations, network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, user access/identity issues, Microsoft 365/Cloud administration, backup/DR operations, and support cybersecurity controls in an SLA-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities 1) Server & Infrastructure Management (Core)Monitor and support Windows Server environments (AD basics, file services, permissions, GPO basics).
Manage server health: storage, disk, services, event logs, performance, patching coordination.
Support virtualization basics (Hyper-V/VMware – if present) and coordinate escalations when required.
Maintain infrastructure documentation (network diagrams, server inventory, credentials process, SOPs).
Handle LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting: switches, APs, VLAN basics, DHCP/DNS, routing basics.
Resolve network access issues: VPN, Wi-Fi authentication, IP conflicts, firewall rule requests (as per policy).
Coordinate with ISPs/vendors for circuit issues, device replacements, and incident follow-ups.
Administer Microsoft 365: user creation, licenses, Exchange Online mailbox support, Teams basics, SharePoint basics.
Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) access: MFA resets, conditional access alignment, account lockouts, password policies.
Support endpoint onboarding and policy enforcement where applicable.
Manage backup routines using Veeam / Acronis / Windows Backup / equivalent.
Perform regular restore testing and ensure backup success monitoring and reporting.
Coordinate DR readiness checks and incident response support for restore activities.
Support firewall monitoring/log checks, VPN user support, security policy alignment (as per client/ANSI standards).
Manage endpoint protection (EDR/AV) alerts, quarantines, exclusions (approved), and reporting.
Support email security controls (anti-phishing, spam policy alignment, MFA enforcement support).
Assist in vulnerability remediation coordination and audit evidence collection.
Provide onsite L2 support: desktops/laptops, printers, meeting rooms/AV, Microsoft apps.
Work strictly with ticketing, documentation, and SLA response/resolution commitments.
Provide clear stakeholder updates and escalation management.
3–10 years of hands-on IT operations / MSP / onsite support experience in UAE (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting in Windows Server + user access/permissions.
Strong network troubleshooting: switching basics, VLAN concepts, DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi issues.
Solid Microsoft 365 + Entra ID administration (users, licenses, MFA, access issues).
Backup operations + restore testing experience.
Working knowledge of firewalls + EDR/AV + basic security operations.
Comfortable with documentation, ticketing, and SLA-driven delivery.
Certifications: CCNA, Microsoft (M365/Azure Fundamentals), Security+, ITIL (any is a plus).
Monitoring tools: PRTG / Zabbix / SolarWinds / Nagios etc.
Exposure to SOPs, audits, and compliance documentation.
Must be currently in UAE
